Data Privacy

Ensuring data privacy is vital to our organization. It is essential for our clients, but also for LOKO Group's right to exist. Our process for handling your data is therefore highly professional.

To eliminate as much risk as possible, we use a "stand alone" computer located in a secure room separate from the network. This computer is used through a secure connection only when data needs to be retrieved. This minimizes the risk of breaking into this computer. Access to this room is limited to two employees working according to a set protocol.

In addition to this process, we have agreed on a service level agreement (SLA) with our IT partner. This means that there are clear agreements about: the firewall, (digital) infrastructure, password policy and keeping our software up to date.

Sustainability

When it comes to sustainability, we think along with our customers and implement as many improvements as possible. Examples include different packaging options, efficient utilization on a printing sheet and reducing transport movements.

We also believe it is important to make sustainable choices within our own operations, such as the use of LED lighting in our branches and the purchase of an electric vehicle fleet for our employees.
